BECKY LOHN   was born and raised in West Vancouver and has lived on the Coast for over 20  years. Becky obtained  her  Real Estate license 31 years ago and is a recipient of dozens of Achievement Awards.

Becky has received advanced Education in all aspects of creative financing and marketing  which helped result in the sale of numerous difficult Real Estate Transactions.

She prides herself on the fact that the majority of all properties she has listed in the past 31 years have sold. Her love for the Coast stems from her family's summer cottage in the early 70's. The catalyst for Becky's success is her positive attitude and her genuine empathy for people and her commitment to hard work as her clients will attest.
  Becky has been selling Real Estate on the Sunshine Coast since 1995. A significant level of achievement is evident in the high number of awards Becky has earned, decorating her office walls. Year after year, she ranks in the very top percentage for the Greater Vancouver Real Estate Board out of over 8,000 Realtors.

PATTY WEBB was born and raised in Vancouver and has lived in  Sechelt for the past 20 years and is an active member in the Sunshine Coast Power and Sail Squadron. Patty obtained her Real Estate License 23 years ago and is recognized as an experienced  Marketing Specialist.
Patty's in depth training includes Economics, Financing, Real Estate Appraisal, Legal Aspects and Creative Financing. Patty is one of few Realtors that captures knowledge, experience, professionalism and integrity. She has them all. Her clients consistently comment, "That was one Realtor that really cares."
